  • As an Assistant Vice President for a large regional bank, I was in
    charge of regulatory communications with the Federal Reserve and
    state agencies.
  • I also managed in operations and customer service (quality control)
    and served as a financial analyst.

Securities
  • Series 7 securities licensed since 1994 and licensed to supervise
    sales practices in the securities industry since 1997
  • 5 years of management, sales and customer service experience with
    one of the world’s large mutual fund companies
  • 8 years of sales supervision and securities (SEC and NASD)
    compliance experience with large, NYSE brokerage firms
  • Licenses include: Series 7, 8, 24, 63 & 66
